I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff, Francesco and Barbara, were incredibly welcoming and spoke perfect English. The attention to detail in the decoration of the rooms was excellent, making for a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. The location in the non-touristic area of Garbatella gave me a real taste of Roman life, while still being conveniently close to the city center.
No complaints, everything was perfect.

The breakfast options were amazing with a variety of food choices for the Christmas period. The room was comfortable and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The location was close to public transport which was convenient for exploring the city. Additionally, it was positioned in a peaceful and serene environment.
The location was slightly far from the city center, which made travel time longer than expected. Also, the lack of nearby restaurants meant that we had to travel further for dining options. However, the overall experience was enjoyable despite these minimal disadvantages.

The apartment was modern and comfortable, with thoughtful amenities including breakfast items and a coffee machine. the location was great, just a short walk to the nearest metro station and with plenty of nearby restaurants and bars. the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the spacious rooms and sound-proof balcony made for a comfortable stay.
Some aspects of the apartment could use improvement, such as slow water drainage in the bathroom and worn bedding and towels. the building itself was not aesthetically pleasing, but this was made up for by the quality of the apartment inside.

We stayed in an apartment located in a quiet area near a metro station, allowing us to easily navigate the city and visit attractions like the Basilica di San Paolo. the room was spacious, clean, and provided excellent facilities such as a coffee machine. the breakfast was also satisfactory.
The bathroom had slow water drainage, which made it difficult to use.
